Im looking for a full list of 1982-83 NHL Regular Season penalty shot attempts and goals. I looked hard for this on the internet but couldn't find a complete list, only small parts here and there. What I found was Gretzky scored a penalty shot goal vs. Vancouver I believe, Paul Reinhart of the Flames had a penalty shot attempt (goal?), and Bob Bourne of the Islanders had an attempt against New Jersey but it failed (no goal). Im sure there were more attempts/goals than just these.

Another one of those things that will go down in history, like 911, that I truly wish I hadn't had the pleasure to experience. It seems like we are getting to know personally, all of the victims, to whose families we send our deepest sympathy, as well as the "murderer", who is being now portrayed as a sick young man. Here we are in a society that has counseling and help for whatever ails you, and say that none will or should fall through the cracks, but, again, the signs were there and no one took heed. So now here we are in the aftermath of what a lonely, rejected "child" (even though it was only in his mind), thought was his only recourse for what had been thrown in his face because he wasn't considered as one of the clique. Bullying comes in a lot of forms. We must also pray for his soul, a soul isn't born hard, life hardens it, we look at ourselves we must also see what hurt we cause other people and we must try, we must not belittle or berate anyone, and believe me I am not making excuses for what was done, it is just that the little man, isn't just getting the sand kicked in his face now a days, he is shooting back. Let us treat each other as equals, let us teach our children not to belittle or berate, then and maybe then, it will all come together. God Bless.

Back in November I won my case against my ex for nonpayment of child support and he began to serve 6 months weekends in jail starting Christmas Eve. He has continued these weekends as I understand although there has again been no payments since the tail end of January. Today I received a petition to appear in court on the matter of support, as my ex as the petitioner. A copy of this doent was sent to child support, my ex, myself, and my lawyer from the hearing. My sister who is 27 has been dealing with addiction since she was 13. After being arrested the 3rd time, she faced hard time in prison. My dad and stepmom found a really good addictions program in Alabama and their lawyer got the judge to agree to this drug rehab in lieu of prison time. It is a great program and they have one of the highest success rates out there. Your sister needs help. I know that the courts are much more receptive to alternatives like drug rehabilitation programs. Please , don't give up! Revlon Colorstay liquid/powder/mousse foundation & setting powder?

I've never tried the foundation, but I would say mousse. Since it is summer, it won't melt off your face. If powder foundation is an option I would go with that but between the two, mousse. As for the setting powder from revlon, it isn't good. It's basically glitter. I wore it once to school for some random reason and all my friends were like: "Why are you wearing glitter all over your face?" So I would just use some translucent powder from Maybelline or something.

My guess is either (1) There is a problem with the wiring - or (2) There is lint built up either in the filter or in the exhaust vent (a lot of lint pes right through the filter). In either case you have a fire hazard. I'd suggest not using the dryer again until it gets checked out.

Roommates pleaded guilty to theft what will happen now?

My debit card was stolen out of my handbag along with 20 pound cash and a 10 pound top up voucher. My debit card was then used twice on two separate days and money to the tune of 600 pounds was taken out. More had been attempted to be taken out but thankfully my limit had been reached. Anyway I pursued it with the police and the pictures of cctv proved my two close mates were responsible. They were arrested and admitted guilt probably due to over whelming evidence. Anyway the uni have moved them out of the campus and housed them somewhere else. They will have a meeting with the head on monday where it will be decided what should happen to them. They are both doing early childhood studies as their course which involves a placement each week with young children. Can I be rest ured that they will not be allowed to continue this particular course now that they have admitted guilt to a relatively serious criminal offense? I think u need a clean crb to be allowed on the course. Will they be allowed to change to a different course or simply thrown out? Their court date is in a few months.

Is an LLB (senior status) and a GDL (with LLB upgrade from BPP) different?

I am planning to study Law. I am an international student from Botswana. I already have an undergraduate degree in Journalism from the UK. someone just told me that doing a GDL even with the LLB upgrade from BPP College of Law would never ist me in becoming a Lawyer and practising outside the UK. This came as a big shock to me because I thought that the whole reason why BPP offered the LLB upgrade was so you could have a qualification similar to that of an undergrad even internationally. I was told me that I would have to do the LLB senior status which is offered by many Universities if I planned to practise in my home country and others like the US. Sick for 3 Months and nothings getting better.. : ( please help?

Ok i have been sick for over 3 months now, this all started with normal cold symtoms.. then week by week my symptoms would increase.. around the time of the superbowl i had a really bad cough, sometimes i would cough so hard that i would throw up. The doctor gave me Benzonotate, which helped but not really. Eventually the cough chilled and then a week later i had a really bad middle ear infection in my left ear, my ear was bleeding for 2 days and i was on Oxy's for the pain. A few days later the ear infection is gone but my ear feels clogged to this day. Then a week later i had a sinus infection with dizzy spells, was taking R-tanna, then i had a swollen gland and doc gives me Omni somethin for antibiotics.. another week pes and my cough is back, and now i have swollen gland on my right side and i have a sharp pain when i swallow that goes up to my right ear. i dunno what to do anymore, i am constantly sick and finding it hard to function sometimes..how can i finally feel better??

Can I pursue legal action against a pharmacy that changed manufacturers of a particular medication?

I live with epilepsy. A couple of years ago, I had 4 grand mal seizures, which I have had in the past but they have been thankfully very few. I have myclonic epilepsy called JME for short. At the time I had these 4 grand mal seizures I noticed a change in the shape of the pill that I take as an anticonvulsant. I was taking the generic version of klonopin made by a particular mfg. I was doing okay with this one(still had small breakthroughs but nothing major). When I noticed opened the bottle and saw the pill was shaped different the first thing I did was call the pharmacy to make sure it was the same medication. They reured me that indeed it was. I still wasn't feeling right. I started having some small breakthroughs. I called again just to make sure because I was just not feeling "right". I then spiraled into a deep depression because little did I know my body was going through withdrawals because evidently I was not metabolizing this mfg drug fillers or what ever was in it. To cut the story short, I ended up having 4 grand mal seizures..2 my husband was present and caught me before I injured myself severely and the other 2 I had in the bathroom while getting ready for bed and no one was aware until after the fact. I had shoulder pain after one of them. I ended up with a partial rotator cuff tear in my right shoulder. There was also found 2 herniated disc in my cervical spine. I had a 2 level acdf (fusion) on my spine in Sept. 10. I'm 7 months out but am suffering from chronic pain which I hope will eventually stop but I'm very concerned. I have to hire or get help for many physical services I am unable to perform to meet the day to day demands. My big question is can I hold the pharmacy responsible for not informing me in more detail about changing mfg and what could happen. It's not commonly talked about it but I later found out that many medicines in generic forms do not perform as well as generics in certain arenas, especially anything that effects the central nervous system and transplant anti-rejection meds. It ended up the other mfg stopped making that drug. I tried using several different generics without relief. Finally my husbands insurance approved the brand name Klonopin at a reasonable charge that we can afford and I have been doing well with the seizures but my neurologist added another anticonvulsant anyway (which causes significant side effects). Looking at the long term complications from the unfortunate events do to the generic change I'm concerned about my ability to function well enough to care for myself and family (we have a 6 yr. old daughter) I don't know that I can continue to afford the services long term. I have limitations with the shoulder already and the neck pain I'm waiting and hoping for improvement but there is no guarantee. I really hated that all this happened. I'm angry some but mostly I miss just being able to be as active, to enjoy life and be able to participate more fully in life...especially with my daughter. I'd appreciate any advice. I have no idea that I have any recourse but if I do I'd like to leverage it for the help I need.

Parakeet recently started biting, why?!?

I have had my parakeet, Huckleberry Phineas, for almost 3 months. I got him at about 6 weeks old and he is already talking saying "Good Boy" and "Pretty Bird" and "Uh Oh". Its the old cliche once bitten, twice shy. You got burned in the past and now don't want a repeat. The thing I would suggest is getting yourself into social situations where you are all there for the same thing. I personally found martial arts helped with my shyness, it helped meet new people, set achieveable goals and helped with confidence. You could try a new team sport, learn a langauge or find a local club for a hobby you enjoy. Depending on your skills you can also do the reverse and try teaching a cl (yoga, a language, dance etc), again its all about meeting new people and feeling more confident about yourself.

It depends on the vacuum. with bagged vacs, the bugs only have one way out, and it's unlikely they'll make it there. You can also put powdered insecticides and moth ( or whatever non liquid substance kills palmetto bed bugs) in the bag. With bagless, putting environment-controlling substances(like air fresheners and moth ) in bagless vacs isn't going to be of much use/very effective because of the filter(s).

One thing your doing wrong is using rubbing alcohol. You can use Oxy that contains alcohol but not as much as rubbing does. Wash your face in the morning and don't try to hard to get rid of the pimples that will just cause more stress that will cause more pimples. When your out doing exercise or a sweaty activity try to put your hair in a pony tail and move hair out of your face. You should try clean and clear moisturizer it works great and so far my face is clear. My sister has the same problem one thing she does wrong is to wash her face too much. It will leave your skin with no moisture at all wash it once in the morning and a good once at night. If that's still leaving your face with no moisture then just wash it once a day i would recommend at night. Baby lotion is alright but then again its was made for baby skin. So its better to try to find something a little more intense, probably like Cetaphil, Eucerin, or Neutrogena there about the $13.50 and work great with oily skin.

Yes this means hand sewing. From what I read the lining should be sewn on the inside to the waistband. So don't worry if your hand sewing isn't that good. Use a new sharp needle and a single strand of thread. Take small stitches about a 1/4 inch apart. If you have trouble with the thread getting tangled : gently run your thread over a piece of wax (like from a candle) and use shorter pieces of thread. You may need to re thread 4 times to get around the waistband, but it might be easier to handle.

Alright, so I've been doing a re-run through Fallout 3 while I wait to get New Vegas. I started the quest "Superhuman Gambit", and went to find the Mechanist for the speech-check ending. I got his armor and then went on my merry way back to Canterbury. When I arrived there, it was deserted. Only the robots were left. I searched around and managed to find Uncle Roe dead about 200 yards away. The town was devoid of bodies, the brahmin untouched. There was nobody else in sight. I found a robobrain nearby with reduced health, which I suspect was the killer. I guess my question is- can I still receive my payment? Everything in town is still owned(beds not able to sleep in, items red). Is there a place where the residents might have fled to?

If you have had trouble hitting with the low irons, like the 3, 4, and 5, then I would go with hybrids, but if you get decent distance and accuracy with a regular iron then stick with that. A prophecy made by the Oracle of Delphi (Pythia) states that Jason and his friends must go on a quest to save Artemis from the clutches of an unknown villain before the next Olympian meeting. I love deviantart :) Just from personal experience and talking to other artists, a typical drawing might start off on paper with either a regular or a red pencil. You then would scan it in to your computer, save it as a jpeg and open it up in Photoshop or some type of art program like Corel Painter, like I have. If you're in Photoshop, you can get rid of the red and keep more definite lines. In Corel, you can't do that, so you'd just have draw in pencil. In Photoshop you can use various textures and layers, although the easiest way is to paintbucket-it and use the "paintbrush" to high;oght things and add depth. Thankfully, there are also a lot of tutorials on how to do that :) Some people also use watercolors or acrylics and just edit them if the pictures are under the "traditional" category, and others just start drawing on the computer. Either way is good. Have fun!

I broke my ankle and had surgery 4 weeks ago. They places a metal plate on my outer ankle with 7 screws an one long screw in the inner ankle. My wife lacks of discipline, how to improve?

She won't cook my favorite dishes, sometimes she forgets to wash the clothes that I need and keeps talking when she's not supposed to. I don't know what to do with her anymore. I have always had oily skin, so this limits my use of hair products. I've tried the "don't use a hairbrush after showering, always use a comb" trick but my hair always comes out fluffy with fly away hairs on top. After a haircut my hair is as soft and supple as I always wish it would be. I've dyed my hair only ONCE, and it has long since grown out and been chopped off. Orange amps are really good, but can be a bit pricey. I work in a music store and some of the Roland Cube's are really good for home use, such as the Roland Cubes 80XL. We also have never had any problems with Marshall amps, though they can be really sensitive (check out the MG102FX). Also the Vox AC15 custom is incredible and has great sound, also the vox AC4TV has amazing sound and we've never had complaints about it. Don't cheap out and go for a fender amp, they have terrible sound for the most part.
