What is the best way to introduce 3 cats to a new house and a Schnauzer?

My boyfriend an I decided to move in together, he has a 5 year old Schnauzer and I have 3 cats ages, 3, 2, and almost 1 years old. I would be moving into his house. I know this can be very traumatic for my kitties, what is the best way to introduce these loveable pets?
