Christians: PLEASE explain this to me?

first of all God's Gift Given to the individual when received of FAITH is a tad different than the unbeliever's 'faith'. (After receiving His Gift, then one would WANT to serve Him After Salvation as The Holy Spirit NOW Indwells the individual and Guides 'them'.)
