ok this is almost the same situation im goin through cept my friend is goin out with her and i cant do anything bout it. but i think you just need 2 win her over and make sure she knows you like her and when you win her over she will lose interest in your other friend and he will understand he doesnt have a chance with her and you'll have an opportunity
