What does nondeployable status in the Navy mean for me?

I've been in the navy for nearly two years and was diagnosed with a congenital heart disease called ebstein's anomaly, i went to evaluation appts etc. anyway my doctor (a colonel in the army) wants me on a nondeployable status and wants me exempt from all physical test's. He also forwarded my case to the MEB (medical evaluation board). Just wanted to know what that means for me, will they keep me in or give me the boot?
