I have mive flyaway hairs, anyone know how to fix this?

I have always had oily skin, so this limits my use of hair products. I've tried the "don't use a hairbrush after showering, always use a comb" trick but my hair always comes out fluffy with fly away hairs on top. After a haircut my hair is as soft and supple as I always wish it would be. I've dyed my hair only ONCE, and it has long since grown out and been chopped off. So, its not dead hair, in fact, I don't even have split ends. Anyone know what reasonably priced products I can use? My hair type is straight, wih a loose curl. A VERY loose curl.
