Is it something neurological, rheumatological or just my imagination?

Wow those are a lot of problems...I'm not a doctor so i cannot say that i know the names of the problems you have or any solutions, but i would definitely recommend that you go to a different doctor ( If these problems you are experiencing are not psychological ). You seem to have a variety of problems..so i personally do not know which specialist can help cure you..but i suggest you go to a new doctor and ask...
