How long would a URI bateria/virus stay in the air?

I'm currently fostering a cat with a uri. after she gets better, her germs may still be all over my appartment? What do i do if i foster a healthy cat? Is there anything i can spray in the air to kill germs? how long do you think the germs of her sneeze would last in the air/on surfaces?
