My game is Glitched!?

I have Zelda Collectors Edition that includes Legend of Zelda, Legend of Zelda II Links Adventure, Zelda Ocarina of Time, and Zelda Majoras Mask. I've beat all but Ocarina of Time because of a glitch at the end of it. ( The game is for GC if you don't know ). And, as I was saying, it's GLITCHED! Okay, so you know after you beat Ganondorf he uses his "final breath" to tear down the castle and you have to escape within a few minutes, right? And that when you follow Zelda, she opens the gate and it has the demo-thingy of her walking and then trapped in a fire crystal and you have to fight two skeletons to free her. Here's where the glitch is: I got the first one down, then placed a bomb on it and waited for it to explode. When it did, I did the same to the next and waited for the da da da da da da da da sound and Zelda would be free, but instead, the skeleton thingy came and slashed Link with the sword, and the other did the same. I kept putting bombs on them and stuff but they won't die and I ran out of bombs. HELP ME PLEASE!! I made sure the bombs were on them, and not just beside them.
