What would be a good site for posting any kind of writing and getting worthwhile feedback?

I'm looking for a site that I can post poems, stories, and lyrics on that has a safe community and that others can comment on and critique. Preferably I'd like a site that isn't too big that gives all users a chance of having their worked looked at without having it be a popularity contest (Deivantart). I also want a site that isn't mainly teenagers and emo children mostly posting other peoples work and meaningless time wasters (Quizzila). I'd really like it if the site had many teenagers, aspiring writers AND experienced ones. I know I'm asking a lot but it seems to be becoming increasingly difficult to find a good site to post on.
