Revlon Colorstay liquid/powder/mousse foundation & setting powder?

I've never tried the foundation, but I would say mousse. Since it is summer, it won't melt off your face. If powder foundation is an option I would go with that but between the two, mousse. As for the setting powder from revlon, it isn't good. It's basically glitter. I wore it once to school for some random reason and all my friends were like: "Why are you wearing glitter all over your face?" So I would just use some translucent powder from Maybelline or something.
