Question about the Vietnam War and the whole "They were about to give up" thing?

I agree with much of what you say. Personally, I think the Viet Nam " War" has many similarities with Afghanistan And Iraq. The MAIN Thing being, that they are all Police Actions and Not WAR!!!! If Any of them had Ever Been Declared a WAR, the USA could have won a Decisive Victory very Quickly!!! But, when We go in as a Police Force, there is Nothing to Win or Lose!!! Just a lot of Death and Destruction!
