Do you feel hard lumps underneath your stomach? Is that normal?

I felt itty bitty lumps underneath my stomach...like near my pelvic area. I have not noticed before and now I do. My friend told me it was the bones..and I was wondering...do we have bones underneath our stomachs? I had a pelvic exam by a doc a few weeks ago and she said everything was okay but then I guess she did not check underneath my stomach...and I'm wondering if any of you feel it too...like hard little bones underneath your stomach? The lumps are not huge...they are mini size but you just feel something hard. Thanks!
