Does anyone else have or know a child with speech-delay?

My daughter is 20months old and only says Mama and nana.She is very smart and knows objects,follows commands,etc.I know ome kids just talk later but Im still worried.She points at things she wants and will just say"agh'' .Anyone have any experiences?
